ZimBuild QS was founded by Anele Dube, a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Essex, UK, to address a gap that was costing the Zimbabwe diaspora community thousands of pounds every year.
Zimbabweans abroad, in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and South Africa, are building homes back home in significant numbers. But without access to professional cost advice, they are reliant on contractor quotes they cannot verify and budgets based on guesswork.
ZimBuild QS exists to put the client in control of the numbers. We produce professional Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and contractor quote audits, based on real Zimbabwe market rates, so that when you sit down with a contractor, you already know what it should cost.
