An Order of Cost Estimate is a professional benchmark construction cost produced without detailed drawings. Ideal when you are still in the planning phase and need to know if your build is financially achievable before committing to an architect.

We use your house type, floor area, location in Zimbabwe, and specification level to produce a professional single-page cost summary in USD and GBP.
